This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project currently in the post-contract phase, with responsibility for the procurement of packages on a cost-plus basis.

Candidate Requirements
Experience working with cost-plus contracts and procurement.
Approximately 5 years of UAE market experience.
Strong post-contract quantity surveying and cost management background.
Experience on residential development projects is highly desirable.
Ability to manage procurement packages and support project commercial objectives.
